For a sports-loving person who likes to wander the countryside, it was a wonderful, memorable week. and I covered 1,300 miles going from basketball gymnasiums to hockey rinks to wrestling meets. Renee finished the week with a sore shoulder from lugging her cameras; I came home with no pains, but a serious desire to put my feet up in front of the fire. Two days into the week, when I realized that we had already driven almost 900 miles, I knew this project was something special and something different.
